Pemerintah melalui Menteri Agama (Menag), Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Menaker), dan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (MenPAN RB) telah resmi menetapkan daftar 27 Hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama 2025. Berikut rinciannya.
Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Tiga Menteri Nomor: 1017 Tahun 2024, Nomor: 2 Tahun 2024, dan Nomor 2: Tahun 2024 tentang Hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama Tahun 2025, Pemerintah Indonesia resmi menetapkan 17 Hari Libur Nasional dan 10 Cuti Bersama pada tahun depan. Jumlah ini tak berubah jika dibandingkan dengan total libur yang ditetapkan untuk 2024.
Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan (Menko PMK), Muhadjir Effendy mengatakan bahwa penetapan hari libur nasional dan cuti bersama bertujuan sebagai pedoman bagi masyarakat dan sektor sektor swasta dalam beraktivitas.
“Pemerintah putuskan hari libur nasional dan cuti bersama sebanyak 27 hari: 17 hari libur nasional, cuti bersama 10 hari,” kata Muhadjir dalam jumpa pers di Kantor Kemenko PMK, Jakarta, dikutip dari CNN Indonesia, Selasa (15/10/2024).
Muhadjir menegaskan, jumlah Hari Libur Nasional yang tercantum pada SKB tidak dapat melebihi ketentuan dalam Keputusan Presiden Nomor 8 Tahun 2024. Ia menyebut, penambahan hari libur harus mengubah keputusan presiden terlebih dahulu.
